Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American model and television star. Burns made her debut in television in 1995 as Peg the Spanish-American teenager in the show Out of the Blue. Burns was a part of Baywatch a drama series that was action-drama in 1998. Following that, she starred as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns later quit Baywatch due to her first pregnancy. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model on television and a performer for nearly ten years. Her most notable role is that of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. She is well known for her role in the commercially successful film Shallow Hal which was released in 2001.
